The Upper Room Ministries is a Christian Association dedicated to propagating the Word of God and fulfilling the Great Commission.

Our Preamble: The Beginning of Our Story

We, The Upper Room Ministries, with the main object of propagating the Word of God, The Great Commission, in compliance with the Biblical Mandatory injunction to go into the World To Preach and Make Disciples of all Nations for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Convinced that such disciples must be properly tutored and brought up in the Word of God; recognizing that a Constitution to regulate the operations of the Church is not only a legal requirement but also one of the many ways to build a stable Church structure.

Aims & Objectives

  • Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all parts of the world.
  • Planting churches and organizing ministries to reach all people irrespective of race or nationality.
  • Providing health, education, poverty alleviation, and relief services.
  • Propagating the Gospel through services, crusades, and media outreaches.

APOSTLE SIBONGILE MANYAKA

South Africa Main Branch

Sibongile Manyaka serves as the Apostle of The Upper Room Ministries in South Africa. In this role, she provides spiritual leadership to the South African branch while serving under the guidance and oversight of Bishop Albina Loryman, Founder. Her responsibilities include overseeing and supporting the various church branches, ensuring that all ministry activities are conducted in accordance with the teachings and principles of the New Testament.

Governance & Administration
The Governing Body
Consists of the Founder, Board of Trustees, Elders, Church Secretary, and Treasurers.
The Pastoral Board
Composed of the Founder and appointed Pastors to oversee ecclesiastical affairs.
Elders & Trustees
Providing spiritual leadership, preaching, teaching, and caring for the congregation.
Deacons
Ministering to and serving the needs of the Church body through various ministry groups.
Ministry Groups
Specialized teams for Intercession, Music, Sunday School, Youth, and Outreach.
Finances
Managed by qualified personnel and financed through tithes, offerings, and voluntary contributions.
